The purpose of this program is to let people add
something special in their map; something of much
more significance than stacked text and other eye
candy tricks. This program lets you import a
picture file and convert it to tiles on a map.
When somebody plays the map, they can see the
picture in their minimap. This is quite fun to do
with cool-looking pictures, and it will impress
many for they don't know of this program. ;)

        ::INSTRUCTIONS::::....

If you don't get the program, you're like many
other people: you haven't read the instructions,
or you just don't get it. Here's the step-by=step
instructions on how to work this thing:

        1) Load the program, and if the "Load Map" dialog
doesn't show up, click File> Load Map.

        2) Choose a map, preferrably a blank one, to work
with. Click "Open" or double click the map.

        3) After the map loads, there should be a new
window with a pink square. Click "Load" and
select a picture you want to use on your map.

        4) Wait while the program loads the colors.

        5) When the picture is loaded, there should be a
listbox containing some numbers. Those numbers
represent a color from the picture, and you
can view the color by clicking on one. Once
you click on one, type the tile number you
want the color to be replaced with in the text
box labeled "Replace". Hit [Enter] to assign
the tile to the color. Do this for all of the
           colors in the list.

        6) After all of the colors have tiles assigned to
them, click the "Conversion" menu, and hit
"Convert". The time it takes to complete the
process varies for each map size and the data
           already in it.

        7) Once the conversion is complete, you may click
"File> Save Map" or "File> Save Map As...".
Whatever suits you, you may choose.
